The Ireland Charity Banjo is entirely one-of-a-kind, made with a deep black neck bearing the shape of Ireland proudly on the peghead. With pearloid inlays of green set into the Midnight Maple fingerboard, and lush Irish green resonator this banjo is truly for the beauty of Ireland.
The drum head of the banjo is personally signed by Mumford & Sons with a personal message from the band.
Based on the Deering Artisan Goodtime Two this banjo has a resonator back for projection, and a violin grade maple rim that gives it a bright and clear tone. Designed and built by Deering Banjos at their factory in Spring Valley, California specifically for this auction.
