Beginners book for playing banjo is very informative and easy to follow.

I’m not the smartest guy trying to learn banjo, but this book is a waste of my time and money.

This book has all the information required for any player just starting out. It takes you through all the basics of tuning, hand position, wearing picks, chords, strumming and picking. Good clear instruction and there is a CD supplied with the book containing play along tracks. Very good value

Ok but I think I’m going to focus on claw hammer to bad that book had no cd and the absolute beginners I received 2 and was charged for 2 copies so be careful when ordering!!!!

Very informative easy to understand excellent publication! I haven’t played since I was a teen so I bought a new Deering Black Grass Banjo and this book to get back into it! Highly recommended great for beginners!
