We have bought our sandblasting and powder coating in house! Are you the right person to run it?
You will be responsible for sandblasting a variety of parts, before carrying out specific powder coating treatments and baking.
Daily quotas, detailing needs of specifications will be expected to be met, ensuring that we succeed as a team to meet our company wide goals. Raw and finished parts are transferred to and from the warehouse in accordance with bin number specifications, liaising with both Production Manager and Warehouse Manager.
The successful candidate will be comfortable working independently for periods of the day, so a self-start attitude is vital.
This is a great entry-level role for anyone looking to start a career in manufacturing, particularly in musical instruments.

Only reliable, honest and hardworking people who enjoy being a part of a growing, family owned business need apply. We are located in Spring Valley, just 10 miles East of downtown San Diego at Highway 94 and Kenwood Drive. Experience with the assembly, repair, or set up of stringed, fretted instruments is a must. As is a high level of attention to detail, both visually and with using measurement instruments. The successful candidate will also have a great attitude and a willingness to helping the entire team succeed.
