m Deering. It fits with no problem and does not come close to "bottoming out" when tightened. So, if you need a banjo head for a Richelieu, the medium crown works as well as a low crown. Another point of interest -- initially, after much searching I WAS able to find a low crown "Kevlar" banjo head (from a different supplier, not from Deering), and I tried that first.
